Muscle Rub
Muscle Rub
Lemon balm and Peppermint are often said to relieve stress and anxiety, which makes it a great foundation for our muscle rub. This formula was developed as a two-pronged solution to muscle care: to be used at the beginning of the day to relax the muscles and as you need it to release tension throughout the day. Bergamot essential oil compliments the effects of lemon balm by using its calming properties to improve and stabilize mood.
Ingredients: Benevolence Farm's own lemon balm infused oil, shea butter, beeswax, coconut oil, menthol crystals, essential oils of lemon, bergamot, and peppermint.

The best decision I ever made was to stock this in my shop. It has sold out weekly and is far superior to any muscle rub I’ve ever tried.

Smelled divine. Combined with the lavender balm, it made a lovely gift for my bed bound mother. She especially loved that it helps others at the same time.

The Muscle Rub is great for sore muscles! I use it after exercising or whenever my muscles are sore. A little goes a long way, and the peppermint and lemon combination is really invigorating.
